How to participate?

You can add the hashtag in the caption or in the comments of your post. If you have a public account and add hashtags to a post, it will appear on the #fiestasmenorca hashtag page.

To tag a photo or video with the hashtag #fiestasmenorca:

  1. Post or upload a photo or video on any social media platform you want.
  2. Click on the text area of the post and type “#fiestasmenorca” to make it visible.
  3. Click Send.

Remember that some networks have a maximum number of characters or hashtags you can use.

Content

The content of the image or video must be related to the Menorca festivals and must include something that can be associated with the events, the main participants, the activities, the preparations, the settings, the tradition, the moments before and after the festival, whether it’s a horse, a place, etc.

Image and video format and submission

Any image or video uploaded to social media with the hashtag #fiestasmenorca will be valid.

If you have a private profile, photos or videos will not appear publicly on #fiestasmenorca pages unless you allow @fiestasmenorca to follow you. If your profile is private and @fiestasmenorca does not follow you, to participate you must send the image or video to @fiestasmenorca via direct message.
