The Sundays of Lent are undoubtedly days of deep reflection and spiritual renewal in the liturgical calendar of the Church.

On the Sundays of Lent, the liturgical readings are meticulously arranged to nourish and strengthen the souls of the faithful. Within Lent there are six Sundays, including Palm Sunday, which are not counted within the forty days and in which readings are made, with dominant themes, on conversion, sin, penance and forgiveness.
